Vellara is a private, members-only wellness research platform. To protect the integrity of our community and ensure every member is a committed, informed individual, all account applications are manually reviewed before access is granted.

Once your account is active, you may submit requests through our boutique. Each request is individually reviewed before fulfillment. This process exists to maintain the highest standards of quality, compliance, and member safety.

Not all requests will be approved for fulfillment. We may decline or modify a request for any reason, including but not limited to: quantity thresholds, account standing, or circumstances we are unable to disclose. You will be notified of your request status by your concierge or via platform notification.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a secure payment link directly from your concierge. Payment is required before fulfillment begins.

All transactions are handled privately and discreetly. You will never be charged without explicit prior approval of your request.

All orders are packaged and delivered with complete discretion. Packaging is plain and unmarked with no reference to Vellara or the nature of its contents. Delivery is handled through standard domestic carriers with tracking provided.

Delivery timelines vary. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the platform or directly by your concierge. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure — we are unable to be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or unsecured locations.

Your discretion matters as much as ours. We ask that all members exercise good judgment in how they discuss or reference this service. Vellara operates as a private community, and we trust our members to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of that relationship.
