ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH VELLARA WELLNESS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH AND SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION ONLY. THESE COMPOUNDS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, SELF-ADMINISTRATION, THERAPEUTIC USE, OR ANY APPLICATION OUTSIDE OF A CERTIFIED LABORATORY SETTING.

1. Not for Human or Animal Use

The amino acid compounds, research chemicals, and biochemical agents available through Vellara Wellness are exclusively intended for in vitro research purposes — meaning use in laboratory settings outside of a living organism. These substances:

Are NOT dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or health products.
Are NOT approved by the FDA, DEA, Health Canada, EMA, or any other regulatory or governmental authority for human or animal therapeutic use.

2. Research Use Requirements

Access to Vellara Wellness products requires that all purchasers meet the following qualifications without exception:

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and purchase any product.

Qualified Researcher Status

You must be a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or authorized representative of an academic institution, research organization, or qualifying business entity.

Lawful Research Purpose

All products must be used solely for legitimate, lawful scientific research in compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Institutional Compliance

Where required by your institution or jurisdiction, you must have all necessary approvals, permits, and institutional review board (IRB) clearances for your research activities.

Proper Handling

You must have the appropriate training, equipment, and facilities to safely handle, store, and dispose of research-grade biochemical compounds in accordance with applicable safety data sheets (SDS).

3. Regulatory Status

The compounds available through Vellara Wellness are research reagents. As such:

These products have not undergone clinical trials or received regulatory approval for therapeutic use.
The safety profiles in human beings have not been established by any regulatory body.
Any data or descriptions provided are based on preliminary in vitro or preclinical research only and do not constitute medical claims.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Vellara Wellness, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, handling, use, or misuse of any product obtained through this platform.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Vellara Wellness has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By purchasing from Vellara Wellness, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility and liability for your use of any compound, and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vellara Wellness from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of any product.

5. Account Termination for Misuse

Any account found to be in violation of these terms — including but not limited to evidence of human use, resale to unauthorized parties, false representations of researcher status, or use in violation of applicable law — will be immediately terminated without notice. We reserve the right to report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

6. Indemnification

By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellara Wellness and its principals from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable law; (b) your use or misuse of any product; (c) any false or misleading representations made by you in connection with your account; or (d) any claim by a third party resulting from your actions.

7. Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Vellara Wellness is principally located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction therein.

By Creating an Account, You Acknowledge

You are 21 years of age or older.
You are a qualified researcher operating within a lawful research framework.
All products will be used strictly for in vitro laboratory research.
You will not use any product for human or animal consumption.
You understand and accept the full limitation of liability described above.
